EmailOctopus API: https://cotlet.dev/docs/api/emailoctopus.md

`PUT https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/emailoctopus/lists/{list_id}/campaigns/{campaign_id}/recipients`

Access: write.

Fills the "Sending to" field of a draft campaign. audience is list, segment or tag. A campaign goes to one list at a time, so list_id is required and segment or tag is a filter inside it. For a scheduled campaign, a segment or tag is checked right before sending, so contacts added or removed after scheduling are counted at that moment. The tool only sets the audience and reaches no one.

1. Read the fields and their allowed values: GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/access-requests
2. Ask the user for each value: email, apps, what you will do with them. If they leave the password to you, generate a strong one and show it to them.
3. Show the user what you will send, then POST it as JSON to https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/access-requests.
