Create an exclusion list for Intellimatch searches.

Findymail API: https://cotlet.dev/docs/api/findymail.md

`POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/findymail/exclusion-lists`

Access: write.

Returns the list with its ID, name, is_shared and is_owner. A name you already use fails with a 422 error, and sharing without a team fails with a 400 error. It reaches nobody, and the list can be deleted again, so it does not wait for your OK.

## Parameters

| Name | Type | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| `name` | string | yes | List name, unique among your lists. |
| `is_shared` | boolean | no | Share the list with your team. Needs a team account. |

  -d '{"name":"Jane Doe"}'
```
