# Get customer

A customer profile with the conversations they started.

`GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/freescout/customers/{customer_id}`

Access: read.

Returns the profile, all email addresses and the customer's conversations with subject and status. Use it to see earlier problems before you answer, or to find a second conversation from the same person.

## Parameters
