Send a quote to the client by email or text, or send it again.

Jobber API: https://cotlet.dev/docs/api/jobber.md

`POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/jobber/quotes/{quote_id}`

Access: write. Confirm: waits for the user's OK before it runs.

Sends the quote to the client by email or text message with your message, and sets a Draft quote to Awaiting Response. The client can approve it in client hub. Sending again repeats the message. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
