Post a public reply to a Google or Facebook review.

Podium API: https://cotlet.dev/docs/api/podium.md

`POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/podium/reviews/{review_id}/replies`

Access: write. Confirm: waits for the user's OK before it runs.

Posts a reply under your business name on the review, like Reply on the Reviews page. It works for Google and Facebook reviews of profiles connected to Podium; on any other site the call fails and the review is left for you. A posted reply is public. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
