Add one or more candidates to an open job, in its first stage.

Recruiterflow API: https://cotlet.dev/docs/api/recruiterflow.md

`POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/recruiterflow/jobs/{job_id}/candidate-to-jobs`

Access: write.

Adds candidates to one open job. Closed and on-hold jobs are refused, as they are missing from the dropdown in Recruiterflow. Each candidate enters the default first stage of the job's pipeline. Candidates already on the job are not duplicated and keep their stage; they come back in already_on_job. Automations an admin set on that stage still run.

## Parameters
