# Create client

Add a client to Projects & Clients.

`POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/resource-guru/clients`

Access: write.

Returns the new client with its ID. It reaches no one and you can archive or edit it in Resource Guru, so it does not wait for your OK. Needs Manager permission or higher in Resource Guru.

## Parameters

| Name | Type | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| `name` | string | yes | Client name. |
| `notes` | string | no | Details or links about the client. |
| `color` | string | no | Hex color such as c0ffee. |
