Create a text campaign for a list or segment and schedule it.

SimpleTexting API: https://cotlet.dev/docs/api/simpletexting.md

`POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/simpletexting/campaign/schedule`

Access: write. Confirm: waits for the user's OK before it runs.

Walks Campaigns > New: names the campaign, picks the recipients, writes the text, sets Send on to Scheduled with your date and time and clicks Schedule. Returns the campaign id and the number of recipients. The text of a scheduled campaign cannot be edited afterwards, only its time or deletion. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
