SysAid API: https://cotlet.dev/docs/api/sysaid.md

`POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/sysaid/service-records`

Access: write. Confirm: waits for the user's OK before it runs.

Creates the record with the template defaults of its type and returns its ID. Your SysAid rules then run on it: routing rules, priority rules and any notifications you set up can reach the request user and agents. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.

## Parameters

| Name | Type | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| `type` | string | yes | incident or request. |
| `title` | string | yes | Title of the record. |
| `description` | string | no | What happened or what is needed. |
| `request_user` | string | no | Name of the person the record is for. Your own account when left out. |
| `priority` | string | no | Priority name from list_field_values. The default priority of your SysAid when left out. |
