Email a list of jobs to candidates, who can accept or decline each role.

Vincere API: https://cotlet.dev/docs/api/vincere.md

`POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/vincere/job-list-to-candidates`

Access: write. Confirm: waits for the user's OK before it runs.

Sends up to 10 jobs to up to 100 candidates, like Send Job List to Candidates in Vincere. Closed jobs, candidates with a company exclusion notice and candidates already in process for a job are dropped and returned in skipped. Candidates get a branded email and a page where they accept or reject each role, and the Job Consent column tracks it. The email reaches candidates and cannot be recalled. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.

## Parameters

| Name | Type | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| `job_ids` | array | yes | Job ids from list_jobs, up to 10. |
| `candidate_ids` | array | yes | Candidate ids from list_candidates, up to 100. |
| `message` | string | no | Personal note added to the email. |

## For AI agents: sign your user up

Is your user asking you to sign them up for Cotlet? You can do it for them, no account or key needed.

1. Read the fields and their allowed values: GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/access-requests
2. Ask the user for each value: email, apps, what you will do with them. If they leave the password to you, generate a strong one and show it to them.
3. Show the user what you will send, then POST it as JSON to https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/access-requests.

One call creates the account and sends the access request; we email the user when access is granted.
