Wild Apricot API: https://cotlet.dev/docs/api/wild-apricot.md

`POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/wild-apricot/events/{event_id}/contacts/{contact_id}/for-event`

Access: write. Confirm: waits for the user's OK before it runs.

Uses Add registrant on the event, picks the contact and the ticket type and saves. invoice chooses Generate invoice or Activate without invoice. An administrator can register people after the registration limit is reached. Wild Apricot sends no email for a manual registration, so send_notification is false unless you set it.
