# Get a loyalty customer

A Yotpo Loyalty customer's status, tier, points balance, total earned and last activity, found by email.

`GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/yotpo/loyalty-customer`

Access: read.

Opens the profile the Customers page shows for one email address: Member or Not Enrolled, tier, current points balance, total points earned and deducted, join date, total spend, last loyalty activity and tags. The email must match exactly, with no spaces. A customer who is Not Enrolled has no balance to adjust.
