Turn a form on or off, like Deactivate in My Forms.

123FormBuilder MCP tools: https://cotlet.dev/docs/mcp/123formbuilder.md

MCP tool: `123formbuilder_write → set_form_active`

Access: write. Confirm: waits for the user's OK before it runs.

Switches the form on or off. A deactivated form stops taking submissions from the public and still counts toward your form limit. Scheduling dates set in Schedule are not changed. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
