# Approve an invoice

MCP tool: `aroflo_write → approve_invoice`

Access: write. Confirm: waits for the user's OK before it runs.

Sets Status to Approved and saves, then returns the invoice. An Approved invoice cannot be changed in AroFlo until its status is set back, and it must be Approved before it can be pushed to your accounting package. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
