# List invoices

List invoices from the Invoices List by status.

MCP tool: `aroflo_read → list_invoices`

Access: read.

Returns one page of invoices with invoice_id, invoice number, client, job number, status, date and total. The two wider business unit options add the owner to each row. Approved invoices are the ones ready for your accounting package. Follow next_cursor until it is null.

## Parameters

|---|---|---|---|
| `status` | string | no | In Progress, Pending Approval, Approved or Processed. |
| `unpaid_only` | boolean | no | Same as the Unpaid filter on the Invoices List. |
| `search` | string | no | Invoice No, Task Ref, Job Number, Cust. Order No or client name. |
| `business_units` | string | no | This Business Unit Only, Include Child Business Units or Include All Business Units. |
| `from` | string | no | Start date, YYYY-MM-DD. Used with status Processed. |
| `to` | string | no | End date, YYYY-MM-DD. Used with status Processed. |
| `cursor` | string | no | Next page cursor from the previous call. |
