Add a free-text note to an order.

Billetto MCP tools: https://cotlet.dev/docs/mcp/billetto.md

MCP tool: `billetto_write → add_order_note`

Access: write. Confirm: waits for the user's OK before it runs.

Adds a note under Add Note on the order page, for things like accessibility needs or an instruction for your team. Billetto shows the note to anyone who opens the order and prints it in downloaded reports, and its help article does not say whether the buyer sees it, so write nothing you would not say to the buyer. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.

## Parameters
