Email a guest their ticket PDF again.

Billetto MCP tools: https://cotlet.dev/docs/mcp/billetto.md

MCP tool: `billetto_write → resend_ticket`

Access: write. Confirm: waits for the user's OK before it runs.

Does what Resend PDF does on a ticket in Attendees > Manage Tickets: Billetto emails the PDF again to the address on the order. The address cannot be changed here, and Billetto's help article describes no way to edit it; for a mistyped address the fix is Forward PDF from your own email client, which this tool does not do. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
