# Add mention

Access: write.

Brand24 counts the entry in the Analysis dashboard statistics from then on. Only public mentions can be added. It reaches no one and delete_mentions removes the entry, so it does not wait for your OK.

## Parameters

| `url` | string | yes | Entry address: the URL of the post. |
| `title` | string | yes | Entry title, or part of the mention. |
| `content` | string | yes | Content of the mention. |
| `category` | string | yes | Entry category, as the form lists it. |
| `sentiment` | string | yes | Sentiment: positive, neutral or negative. |
| `created_at` | string | yes | Date the entry was created, YYYY-MM-DD. |
