Lists the monitoring projects of your Brand24 account.

Brand24 MCP tools: https://cotlet.dev/docs/mcp/brand24.md

MCP tool: `brand24_read → list_projects`

Access: read.

Returns the ID and name of every project you can open. Run it first: the other tools take a project_id. It changes nothing in Brand24.
