# List SMS campaigns

MCP tool: `clicksend_read → list_sms_campaigns`

Access: read.

Returns the campaigns on the SMS Campaigns page, newest first, 50 to a page; pass next_cursor back as cursor for the next page. Each campaign has its status, send time and recipient count. A campaign with status Scheduled has not gone out yet and does not appear in SMS History. campaign_id goes into cancel_scheduled_sms.

## Parameters

| `status` | string | no | Status as the page shows it, for example Scheduled. Default: all campaigns. |
| `cursor` | string | no | Next page cursor from the previous call. |
