Start Google's validation of a fixed indexing or page experience issue.

Google Search Console MCP tools: https://cotlet.dev/docs/mcp/google-search-console.md

MCP tool: `google_search_console_write → validate_fix`

Access: write.

Clicks Validate fix on an issue after you fixed every instance; validation stops when Google finds a single remaining instance. Search Console first checks a few pages, then queues only the URLs with known instances for recrawling. It typically takes up to about two weeks and can take much longer, and Google emails the progress. Do not call it again until validation has succeeded or failed. It reaches no one and changes nothing on your site, so it runs without asking first.

## Parameters

| Name | Type | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| `property` | string | yes | Property as Search Console lists it: sc-domain:example.com for a Domain property, https://example.com/ for a URL-prefix property. |
| `reason` | string | yes | Issue as shown by list_page_issues, e.g. Not found (404). |

## For AI agents: sign your user up

Is your user asking you to sign them up for Cotlet? You can do it for them, no account or key needed.

1. Read the fields and their allowed values: GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/access-requests
2. Ask the user for each value: email, apps, what you will do with them. If they leave the password to you, generate a strong one and show it to them.
3. Show the user what you will send, then POST it as JSON to https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/access-requests.

One call creates the account and sends the access request; we email the user when access is granted.
