## Publish episode

MCP tool: `libsyn_publish_episode`

Access: write. Confirm: waits for the user's OK before it runs.

Publishes a draft at once to every destination the show is connected to. Listeners can see it as soon as their apps refresh the feed. To release later, use schedule_episode. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
