MCP tool: `method_crm_write → convert_lead_to_customer`

Access: write. Confirm: waits for the user's OK before it runs.

Removes the lead status and syncs the customer to QuickBooks at once. Method says it cannot be reversed. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
