Assign a conversation to one or more teammates.

Podium MCP tools: https://cotlet.dev/docs/mcp/podium.md

MCP tool: `podium_write → assign_conversation`

Access: write.

Sets the assignee of a conversation, as the + Assign icon does in the Inbox. Pass one name, or several to assign more than one teammate. The names are the ones the assign dropdown lists for your account. It reaches no customer and one more call changes the assignment again, so it does not wait for your OK.

## Parameters

| Name | Type | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| `conversation_id` | string | yes | Conversation ID from list_conversations. |
| `users` | array | yes | Teammate names as the assign dropdown shows them, for example ['Dana Reyes']. |
