Send a text or email from Podium, in an existing conversation or to a phone number or email.

Podium MCP tools: https://cotlet.dev/docs/mcp/podium.md

MCP tool: `podium_write → send_message`

Access: write. Confirm: waits for the user's OK before it runs.

Sends a message under your Podium login. Pass conversation_id to answer in a thread, which uses the channel of that thread, or to to start one with a phone number or an email address. close_after_send closes the conversation after sending, like Send & Close in the Inbox. The message reaches a customer and cannot be unsent. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
