List automated flows with status, trigger and the steps they contain.

Privy MCP tools: https://cotlet.dev/docs/mcp/privy.md

MCP tool: `privy_read → list_flows`

Access: read.

Returns each flow with its status, the trigger that starts it and its steps in order (email, sms, delay, split, tag, update_contact). It reads the flow and changes nothing; flows are built and published in the Privy flow builder.
