Disqualify a candidate from one job with a reason from your workspace list.

Recruiterflow MCP tools: https://cotlet.dev/docs/mcp/recruiterflow.md

MCP tool: `recruiterflow_write → disqualify_candidate`

Access: write. Confirm: waits for the user's OK before it runs.

Disqualifies one candidate from one job. reason must be one of the names under Workspace Settings → Disqualification Reasons; any other value fails and the error lists the valid ones. Only that job is affected: the candidate stays in the database and on other jobs. Recruiterflow does not notify the candidate itself, but a Recipe with the trigger Candidate is disqualified can email them. Undo it in Recruiterflow with Re-qualify on the job card, which returns the candidate to the previous stage. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
