# List prospects

MCP tool: `resman_read → list_prospects`

Access: read.

Returns the prospect source, status, first contact date and method, the assigned leasing agent and, for a lost prospect, the date and reason. ResMan refuses an unfiltered request, so give modified_since or a first contact range. A prospect stays in the Prospect status until an application is submitted.

## Parameters

| `property_id` | string | yes | Property id from list_properties. |
| `status` | string | no | Prospect, Applicant, Lost or Resident. |
| `first_contact_from` | string | no | Earliest first contact, YYYY-MM-DD. |
| `first_contact_to` | string | no | Latest first contact, YYYY-MM-DD. |
| `modified_since` | string | no | Only prospects changed since this time, YYYY-MM-DD. |
