MCP tool: `resource_guru_read → list_time_off`

Access: read.

Returns each time off entry with its ID, people, dates and type: Vacation/Holiday (personal), Public holiday, Sick leave, Maternity/paternity leave or Compassionate leave. Run it before add_time_off to avoid duplicates.

## Parameters

| Name | Type | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| `start_date` | string | no | Only entries starting on or after this date, YYYY-MM-DD. |
| `end_date` | string | no | Only entries ending on or before this date, YYYY-MM-DD. |
| `resource_ids` | integer[] | no | Only entries for these resources. |
