Sends a text message from one of your mobile numbers to a phone number.

Ringover MCP tools: https://cotlet.dev/docs/mcp/ringover.md

MCP tool: `ringover_write → send_sms`

Access: write. Confirm: waits for the user's OK before it runs.

Sends the SMS as the Message > SMS > + New form does: from a mobile number assigned to your user, to a phone number, with your text. Ringover splits the text into 160-character fragments, bills each fragment and allows at most 8 segments. Needs a Business plan. With send_at the message is scheduled instead of sent now. It returns the message with its state; a failed message can be sent again. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.

## Parameters

| Name | Type | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| `from_number` | string | yes | A mobile number assigned to your user, the sender ID, with country code. |
| `to_number` | string | yes | The recipient phone number with country code. |
| `body` | string | yes | The message text. |
| `send_at` | datetime | no | ISO 8601 time to send later. Omit to send now. |
