MCP tool: `simpletexting_read → get_conversation`

Access: read.

Reads one conversation by id: the contact, every text in it with its direction and time, attachments by name, and the private notes team members left. Reading does not change the conversation. Use it before send_message so a reply answers the whole thread, not only the last text.
