SpyFu Business Leads by niche, location and contact type, with ad budget and SEO click estimates.

SpyFu MCP tools: https://cotlet.dev/docs/mcp/spyfu.md

MCP tool: `spyfu_read → search_business_leads`

Access: read.

Runs the Business Leads search from the List Builder. Each lead has its domain, SpyFu's estimated monthly ad budget, its predicted SEO clicks and the contact types SpyFu has: email, phone or social accounts. Contact details themselves come only with SpyFu's export, which has a monthly cap per plan; this tool does not export, so it does not use that cap.
