Read one service record with its fields.

SysAid MCP tools: https://cotlet.dev/docs/mcp/sysaid.md

Access: read.

Returns the record as the record page shows it: title, description, type, status, priority, impact, category, assignee, group, request user, company, department, due date, reopen counter, last modified time and who modified it.
