List the values your SysAid offers for a field, as its dropdown shows them.

MCP tool: `sysaid_read → list_field_values`

Access: read.

Returns the values your account uses, in the order SysAid lists them. Values differ from account to account, so call this before filtering or updating by name. Categories come with their sub-categories as "Primary > Secondary".
