Answer a customer question, public under the question or private by email. Pro, Premium and Enterprise plans.

Yotpo MCP tools: https://cotlet.dev/docs/mcp/yotpo.md

MCP tool: `yotpo_write → answer_question`

Access: write. Confirm: waits for the user's OK before it runs.

A public answer is published on your store under the question. A private answer is emailed to the shopper who asked. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
