# Weekly Bizneo team absence digest

> Get a Monday list of who is off in Bizneo this week and which absence requests wait too long, from Claude Code, n8n or a schedule.

Source: https://cotlet.dev/integrations/bizneo-api-mcp-server/weekly-team-absence-digest

On Monday morning you need to know who is out this week and which requests still wait for you, and Bizneo spreads that over two screens.

Cotlet does it in your own Bizneo account with list\_team\_absences and list\_absence\_requests, called by your AI agent, an n8n workflow or a script.

## Can Bizneo do this on its own?

Bizneo has a shared vacation calendar, a planner view and absence reports, and it notifies about pending approvals (checked 22 Oct 2026). Its HCM API v1 lists absences with filters, as an add-on. A single Monday summary of who is off and which requests are stale, in the channel you choose, is not described in Bizneo's help.

## How you do it in Bizneo today

1. The manager opens Absences > My Team, a table of colleagues' absences that not every company has turned on.
2. The vacation planner view filters the shared calendar by employee, role, department or absence type.
3. Pending requests show up as notifications and with diagonal lines on the calendar, and the manager opens each one to read it.
4. To see which requests have waited longest, the manager compares request dates by hand against today.
5. The two views are separate, so the weekly picture is rebuilt every Monday, and a request that slipped past a notification stays quiet.

## How to weekly Bizneo team absence digest

Prompt

```
Every Monday, list who is off this week in Bizneo and which absence requests have waited more than 2 days for a decision.
```

1. 01
### List the week
list\_team\_absences runs for Monday to Friday and returns each absence with its employee, type, dates and state. Approved and pending absences are kept apart, because a pending one is not yet a sure absence.
2. 02
### Find stale requests
list\_absence\_requests with state pending returns what still waits. The agent compares each request date with today and keeps those older than your threshold, here 2 days.
3. 03
### Group by day
The agent arranges the week as Monday to Friday and counts how many people are off per day, so a day with three absences stands out.
4. 04
### Write the digest
The reply is a short list you can paste into Slack or an email: who is off, which requests wait and for how long. Nothing is approved or changed by this job.

### What you get back

Example data

```
Off this week, Oct 26 to 30: 3 people
- Lucia Fernandez, Vacation, Mon to Wed
- Diego Ramos, Sick leave, Tue
- Sara Molina, Vacation, Fri (pending)
Pending for more than 2 days: 1
- Marta Ruiz, Vacation Nov 9 to 13, requested Oct 20
```

### Other ways to ask

- Send the digest to #team every Friday for next week instead of this one.
- Only count absences of the Sales department and warn me if more than two people are off on one day.
- List employees whose vacation balance is above 20 days so I can plan time off with them.

## What Bizneo allows, and what to know first

- Bizneo lets a company hide approved absences from colleagues with advanced permissions, so the digest shows only what the account behind the job is allowed to see.
- Bizneo's Absences > My Team table is not turned on in every company, and a company without it has no team table to read.
- Bizneo's vacation planner view filters the team calendar by employee, role, department and absence type.
- Bizneo marks a request as pending until the manager decides, so the digest tells waiting requests from approved ones.

Every tool here only reads, so it can run weekly from n8n, Make, Zapier or cron without waiting for your OK.

## Call list\_team\_absences from a script

  -H "Authorization: Bearer $COTLET_API_KEY"
```
Example response
## Frequently asked questions
### Is it safe to connect Bizneo to Cotlet?
Yes. You sign in to Bizneo yourself, in your own Cloud Browser in the EU, and we never save your password. Your agents only get Bizneo once you enable it, every background request is listed, and the browser profile is stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM, the cipher 1Password uses for its vaults. The AI model never sees a login, posts and messages wait for your OK, and Disable for agents cuts access in one click. Independent scanners grade cotlet.dev A+ on Qualys SSL Labs, securityheaders.com and Mozilla Observatory; live results are on https://cotlet.dev/security.
## For AI agents: sign your user up
Is your user asking you to sign them up for Cotlet? You can do it for them, no account or key needed.
1. Read the fields and their allowed values: GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/access-requests
2. Ask the user for each value: email, apps, what you will do with them. If they leave the password to you, generate a strong one and show it to them.
3. Show the user what you will send, then POST it as JSON to https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/access-requests.
One call creates the account and sends the access request; we email the user when access is granted.
