Monday morning is when you check how each barber or stylist did last week, before payouts and the team chat. In Booksy that means sitting at a tablet or computer, opening Stats & Reports and copying numbers out category by category.

## Can Booksy do this on its own?

Booksy has no public API for Stats & Reports (checked 12 Oct 2026), and its partner API needs a partner login. Booksy Biz Pro shows over 50 reports and can export a full report file, but you open and export each one by hand; Booksy also says the reports are for operational insight, not accounting or taxes.

## How you do it in Booksy today

1. Open Booksy Biz Pro on a tablet or computer; the phone app only shows day, week, month and year snapshots and can email you a summary.
2. Select the Stats & Reports icon and open the Staff Members category.
3. Set the date range to last week (Booksy accepts days, weeks, months, years or a custom range) and read revenue, services, tips, hours worked and time off per staffer.
4. Switch to Appointments for cancellations and no-shows, and to Revenue for totals, with the same date range each time.
5. Copy the figures into a spreadsheet or message, then do it again with the week before to see who went up or down. Nothing in Booksy sends this comparison to you on a schedule.

### Pull two weeks of the same category  
The agent calls get\_report for staff\_members twice: once for last Monday to Sunday, once for the week before. Using whole weeks keeps a Monday holiday or a Saturday rush in both periods.

### Add appointment outcomes  
A second category, appointments, gives cancellations and no-shows for the same week. The agent matches them to staff by name, so a barber with high revenue and many no-shows does not look better than they are.
3. 03  
### Compare and flag  
For each person the agent computes the change in revenue and appointments against the prior week and flags moves larger than the threshold you set, for example 20 percent. Someone on time off for part of the week is marked, not flagged, since fewer hours explain the drop.
4. 04  
### Fail loudly on the wrong app version  
If the account only has Booksy Biz Lite, the Staff Members category is not available and the call fails. The agent then reports from Dashboard, Revenue and Appointments instead and says what is missing, rather than sending a half-empty table.

## What Booksy allows, and what to know first

- Booksy Biz Lite, the phone-only version, has four report categories: Dashboard, Revenue, Appointments and Clients.
- Cash Flow, Inventory, Staff Members and Marketing reports need Booksy Biz Pro, the tablet and web version, which Booksy prices the same as Lite.
- The Booksy Staff Members report covers revenue and services by staffer, tips earned, hours worked and time off taken.
- Booksy lists a Staff Commissions & Tips report but states that its reports are designed for operational insight, not accounting or taxes, so payroll still needs your own check.
