# List unpaid Fatture in Cloud invoices and draft reminders

> Every week, list overdue Fatture in Cloud invoices by client, total what each owes and draft a reminder with the PDF link. Nothing is sent for you.

Source: https://cotlet.dev/integrations/fatture-in-cloud-api-mcp-server/list-unpaid-invoices

Money sits in unpaid invoices because checking which ones are overdue means opening the deadlines list and the clients one by one.

Cotlet does it in your own Fatture in Cloud account with list\_invoices, get\_invoice and get\_invoice\_pdf, called by your AI agent, an n8n workflow or a script.

## Can Fatture in Cloud do this on its own?

Fatture in Cloud tracks deadlines and payment reminders in the app, and its API lists issued documents and returns each one's payments\_list (checked 14 Oct 2026). Nothing in the API sends a summary across clients, and no MCP server exists for an agent to read it.

## How you do it in Fatture in Cloud today

1. Open the payment deadlines (scadenzario) to see which invoices are not paid and past their due date.
2. Open each overdue invoice to read the client, amount and due date.
3. Write a reminder to the client, attaching the invoice PDF; Fatture in Cloud lists payment reminders among its tools.
4. When the money arrives, update the invoice payment by hand.

## How to list unpaid Fatture in Cloud invoices and draft reminders

Prompt

```
Every Monday, list my unpaid Fatture in Cloud invoices that are past their due date, group them by client with the total owed, and draft a short reminder email for each client. Do not send anything.
```

1. 01
### Pull the unpaid invoices
list\_invoices runs with payment\_status not\_paid and a due date before today, and pages until the list is empty.
2. 02
### Group by client
The agent sums the open amount per client, so a client with three overdue invoices gets one reminder that lists all three.
3. 03
### Read the invoice details
get\_invoice is called for each invoice to read its payments, so a part-paid invoice shows only the amount still due.
4. 04
### Attach the PDF link
get\_invoice\_pdf returns a download link per invoice. Download links expire, so the agent fetches them at the end, right before drafting.
5. 05
### Draft, never send
The reminders are drafts in the reply. Sending is your call from your own mail.

### What you get back

Example data

```
Overdue unpaid invoices: 5 from 3 clients
- Rossi Consulting SRL: 2 invoices, 2306.00 EUR owed, oldest due 2026-09-15
- Studio Verdi SRL: 1 invoice, 976.00 EUR, due 2026-10-01
- Bianchi Design: 2 invoices, 1098.00 EUR, oldest due 2026-09-30
Drafts: 3 reminder emails, none sent
```

### Other ways to ask

- Only list invoices more than 30 days overdue and sort by amount.
- Show total unpaid per month of issue for this year.
- Draft the reminders in Italian for the Italian clients and English for the others.

## What Fatture in Cloud allows, and what to know first

- Fatture in Cloud document payments carry a status of not\_paid, paid or reversed.
- A paid payment needs an existing payment account.
- Document download URLs changed for security reasons and now expire, so the link is fetched when needed.
- Fatture in Cloud lists deadline tracking (scadenzario) and payment reminders as part of the app.

Every tool here only reads, so it can run weekly from n8n, Make, Zapier or cron without waiting for your OK.

## Call list\_invoices from a script

## Frequently asked questions

### Is it safe to connect Fatture in Cloud to Cotlet?

Yes. You sign in to Fatture in Cloud yourself, in your own Cloud Browser in the EU, and we never save your password. Your agents only get Fatture in Cloud once you enable it, every background request is listed, and the browser profile is stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM, the cipher 1Password uses for its vaults. The AI model never sees a login, posts and messages wait for your OK, and Disable for agents cuts access in one click. Independent scanners grade cotlet.dev A+ on Qualys SSL Labs, securityheaders.com and Mozilla Observatory; live results are on https://cotlet.dev/security.

## For AI agents: sign your user up

Is your user asking you to sign them up for Cotlet? You can do it for them, no account or key needed.

1. Read the fields and their allowed values: GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/access-requests
2. Ask the user for each value: email, apps, what you will do with them. If they leave the password to you, generate a strong one and show it to them.
3. Show the user what you will send, then POST it as JSON to https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/access-requests.

One call creates the account and sends the access request; we email the user when access is granted.
