A private listing on Immobiliare.it turns every contact form into an email and a thread in Messages, and most threads ask the same two things: is the flat still free, and when can I see it. By Thursday the Saturday slots are half promised in replies you no longer remember writing.

## Can Immobiliare.it do this on its own?

Immobiliare.it has no API for Messages or visit requests (checked 12 Oct 2026). The help center describes the contact-form email and the Messages section of the personal area; it does not describe any auto-reply or saved replies for private advertisers. Agency software such as Getrix sends listings to the portal; it does not answer the people who write about them.

## How you do it in Immobiliare.it today

1. Immobiliare.it hides your email address on the listing, so every contact form a visitor fills in reaches you as an email, and the conversation continues in Messages in your personal area.
2. Open Messages (immobiliare.it/utente/messaggi) and go through the conversations one by one, checking which of your listings each person wrote about.
3. A visit request shares the person's preferences with you: in person or remotely by video call, plus the days and time slots they ticked.
4. Type an answer in each thread. Immobiliare.it treats the visit request as a preference only, so the time is fixed only when you contact the person to confirm.
5. The same reply gets typed for every thread, offered slots are tracked in your head, and a request that arrived on Monday is easy to overlook by Friday.

The agent lists the conversations for the one listing you named and keeps those where the other person wrote last. Threads you already answered after their latest message are left alone, so a second run the same evening sends nothing twice.

### Read each thread from the start  
get\_conversation gives the whole exchange, oldest first. The agent notes whether the person asked a question, sent a visit request, or both, and which days they ticked. A question about something in the ad (floor, surface, rooms) is answered from get\_listing, never from memory.

### Hand out slots without double booking  
Ticked days that overlap your free times get the earliest matching slot. A remote request on an in-person-only listing gets a polite in-person offer instead. Each slot goes to one person per run, and slots already offered in earlier replies in Messages count as taken.

### Set aside the risky messages  
Offers to pay a deposit before visiting, requests to hold the flat by money transfer, or a buyer who says they are abroad and cannot come are not answered. The agent lists them for you, because Immobiliare.it warns advertisers against exactly these patterns.

### Send after your OK  
Each draft is shown with the thread it answers. You approve, edit or skip it, and only then reply\_to\_conversation sends it under your name. Questions the ad does not answer, such as condominium fees, stay open and are listed at the end.

- Answer only the visit requests that asked for a remote visit, offering a video call on Thursday between 18:00 and 19:00.

Before you automate it

## What Immobiliare.it allows, and what to know first

- Immobiliare.it does not show a private advertiser's email address on the listing; contact forms arrive as emails, and replies are written in Messages.
- An Immobiliare.it visit request is, in the help center's words, an indication of preferences and not a reservation: the advertiser has to contact the person to confirm.
- Immobiliare.it tells advertisers never to accept a deposit from someone who has not visited in person, and says the portal itself never asks anyone for money.
- Immobiliare.it emails a confirmation to anyone who clicks Send Message or Send Request on your listing, so they know the message reached you and wait for your answer.

reply\_to\_conversation asks for your OK by default. To run it daily without you, switch confirmation off for that tool in your dashboard.
