## Can Property Finder do this on its own?

PF Expert has a lead management view and the PF Expert App shows lead reporting on mobile (checked 12 Oct 2026). Lead events reach other software only through approved PFDN partners; a broker has no key or webhook of its own to send leads to a sheet, chat or CRM it chooses.

## How you do it in Property Finder today

1. Sign in to PF Expert as a Decision Maker or Admin, the roles allowed to manage leads for the whole agency.
2. Open the unified lead management view in PF Expert and read through yesterday's leads one by one with their listing and agent.
3. Copy the leads you need into the agency CRM or a sheet, since WhatsApp leads land on each agent's own number unless the agency set up one central number.
4. Message each agent about leads that still look untouched, then repeat the next morning.

### Pick up where the last run stopped  
The agent asks list\_leads for leads received since the previous run, not since midnight, so a lead that arrived at 23:58 is neither lost nor counted twice. It pages through until the window is complete.

### Put names on agent IDs  
It reads list\_agents once and turns each agent\_id into a name. A lead whose agent has left the agency is listed under "unassigned" so it does not disappear.
3. 03  
### Group and sort for the manager  
Leads are grouped by agent and then by listing, oldest first, so the leads waiting longest are at the top of each block.
4. 04  
### Flag what needs a nudge  
Agents with several new leads on one listing, or a lead on a listing that has since been unpublished, get a short note, because both usually need a phone call rather than a reply.
5. 05  
### Deliver where you read it  
The digest goes to the place you name, such as an email, a Slack or WhatsApp group through n8n, or a new row per lead in a sheet. Contact details stay in systems you control.

- Property Finder WhatsApp leads go to the mobile number set on each agent's user account in PF Expert, unless the agency centralises them on one agency number.
- WhatsApp leads are activated for an agency through its Property Finder Account Manager, and the agency can run them alongside call tracking on phone leads.
- Property Finder's SuperAgent badge expects WhatsApp leads answered within 2 hours and an overall response rate above 80 percent, reviewed every month.
- In PF Expert the Agent role sees only its own leads, so a digest for the whole agency needs a Decision Maker or Admin login.
