# Weekly Sendible client report for every workspace

> Pull each client's Sendible Engagement report on Monday and get a short written summary of audience growth and top posts per workspace.

Source: https://cotlet.dev/integrations/sendible-api-mcp-server/weekly-client-report

Every Monday an account manager opens Reports for each client workspace, generates the Engagement report and retypes the numbers into an email the client will read.

Cotlet does it in your own Sendible account with list\_workspaces, list\_profiles and get\_report, called by your AI agent, an n8n workflow or a script.

## Can Sendible do this on its own?

Sendible's report builder can email custom reports to your team or clients, a feature its pricing page lists per plan (checked 20 Oct 2026). Those reports keep Sendible's layout. Neither its Zapier app nor any documented API reads report data, so no tool can turn the numbers into your own summary.

## How you do it in Sendible today

1. Switch to the client's workspace, then go to Reports > All Reports.
2. Choose the Engagement report for an aggregate of Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn Company Page profiles, or a platform report for one to ten profiles of a single network.
3. Pick the date range and click Generate Report. The current date cannot be part of the range, and Sendible keeps only 90 days of data.
4. Click Save to copy the report to My Reports and edit it, or use the printer icon for a PDF.
5. Copy the figures into an email, then repeat for the next client.

## How to weekly Sendible client report for every workspace

Prompt

```
Every Monday, pull last week's Engagement report for each client workspace and write me three lines per client: audience change, best post and one thing to watch.
```

1. 01
### Find the client workspaces
list\_workspaces returns every workspace you can open. The agent keeps the ones named in your prompt and skips any workspace whose publishing is paused.
2. 02
### Pick profiles that have a report
list\_profiles gives each workspace's profiles. The Engagement report covers Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn Company Page, so the agent passes only those and lists X or TikTok profiles as outside the report.
3. 03
### Request last week, not this week
get\_report runs for Monday to Sunday of last week. Because the current date cannot be selected, a Monday run always ends yesterday or earlier. Data older than 90 days is gone, so a missed quarter cannot be backfilled.
4. 04
### Compare with the week before
A second get\_report call returns the previous week. The agent computes the change in followers and engaged users itself, so the comparison does not depend on a saved report.
5. 05
### Write and stop
The agent writes three lines per client and returns them in chat. Nothing is emailed to a client. get\_report reads only, so this job asks for no OK.

### What you get back

Example data

```
Harbor Dental, 12 to 18 Oct
Audience +45 (Facebook +22, Instagram +21, LinkedIn +2)
Best post: "Smile Monday" on Instagram, 64 engagements
Watch: LinkedIn grew by 2 in a week
Northside Bakery: report not available (no Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn Company Page profile)
```

### Other ways to ask

- On the first Monday of each month, compare the last 4 weeks and flag any profile that lost followers.
- Run the Instagram report for Harbor Dental only and list its five best posts.
- Give me one table of audience change per workspace, sorted from smallest to largest.

## What Sendible allows, and what to know first

- Sendible stores only 90 days of data across all social accounts, so a report older than that cannot be pulled.
- The Engagement report can include a maximum of 50 profiles, and a platform report 1 to 10 profiles.
- The Engagement report covers metrics from Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn Company Page profiles, and its metrics include audience growth, optimal posting times, engaged users and top content.
- Quick Reports are standardised and cannot be edited. Saving one to My Reports to edit it is not available on all plans.
- Quick Reports exist for several, not all, supported networks.

Every tool here only reads, so it can run weekly from n8n, Make, Zapier or cron without waiting for your OK.

## Call get\_report from a script

curl

```
curl "https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/sendible/workspaces/ws_4821/report?report=engagement&profile_ids=pr_301&profile_ids=pr_302&profile_ids=pr_303&from=2026-10-12&to=2026-10-18" \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $COTLET_API_KEY"
```

## Frequently asked questions

### Is it safe to connect Sendible to Cotlet?

Yes. You sign in to Sendible yourself, in your own Cloud Browser in the EU, and we never save your password. Your agents only get Sendible once you enable it, every background request is listed, and the browser profile is stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM, the cipher 1Password uses for its vaults. The AI model never sees a login, posts and messages wait for your OK, and Disable for agents cuts access in one click. Independent scanners grade cotlet.dev A+ on Qualys SSL Labs, securityheaders.com and Mozilla Observatory; live results are on https://cotlet.dev/security.

## For AI agents: sign your user up

Is your user asking you to sign them up for Cotlet? You can do it for them, no account or key needed.

1. Read the fields and their allowed values: GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/access-requests
2. Ask the user for each value: email, apps, what you will do with them. If they leave the password to you, generate a strong one and show it to them.
3. Show the user what you will send, then POST it as JSON to https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/access-requests.

One call creates the account and sends the access request; we email the user when access is granted.
