# Weekly WorkRamp training completion report

> Get a weekly summary of who has finished a WorkRamp guide or path, who is overdue and which groups lag, without exporting a CSV by hand.

Source: https://cotlet.dev/integrations/workramp-api-mcp-server/weekly-completion-report

Every Monday someone asks which groups are behind on the mandatory training, and the answer means opening the training, filtering by status and exporting a file.

Cotlet does it in your own WorkRamp account with list\_trainings, list\_assignments and list\_groups, called by your AI agent, an n8n workflow or a script.

## Can WorkRamp do this on its own?

WorkRamp exports assignments as CSV by hand and shows completion rate on My Team for managers (checked 22 Oct 2026). The private API has Get All Guide Assignments in Date Range, but it needs an enterprise account and someone to write the weekly script. Nothing in the help center schedules a report to a chat or an inbox.

## How you do it in WorkRamp today

1. An admin opens the training from Content and sees its assignments table.
2. The Status button filters by assignment status, and +Add Filter narrows the list to a Group.
3. Export CSV, offered for every content type, downloads the filtered rows.
4. Managers see the same figures for their own team under My Team, with completion rate and average grade at the top, and a learner transcript with its own Export CSV.
5. The numbers then go by hand into the weekly message for leadership or the compliance owner.

## How to weekly WorkRamp training completion report

Prompt

```
Every Monday, list each group's open and overdue assignments on Security Awareness 2026 and name the three most overdue learners.
```

1. 01
### Pick the trainings
The agent calls list\_trainings and keeps the ones you named, or all with a due date in the next 30 days if you asked for the mandatory set.
2. 02
### Read each group
list\_groups gives the groups, then list\_assignments runs once per group and follows next\_cursor, so the counts are complete and not the first page only.
3. 03
### Count by status
For each group the agent counts finished, open and overdue assignments from the status the table shows, and sorts the overdue learners by days past the due date.
4. 04
### Compare with last week
The agent compares with the numbers from its previous run, so the report shows which groups improved and which fell behind.
5. 05
### Hand over
The report is returned as text for you or your script to post. This job only reads: nothing is sent to learners.

### What you get back

Example data

```
Security Awareness 2026
Sales: 3 overdue of 12, down from 5
Support: 6 overdue of 20, up from 4
Most overdue:
- Tom Becker (Sales), 9 days
- Jake Ortiz (Sales), 2 days
```

### Other ways to ask

- Every Friday, list learners who have not started the onboarding path 10 days after joining.
- Compare completion between the Sales and Support groups for the last two quarters of assignments.
- Give me the transcript of every learner on one manager's team.

## What WorkRamp allows, and what to know first

- WorkRamp offers Export CSV for every content type, and the filters set on the table apply to the export.
- WorkRamp unassigned records are deleted on the backend and not available in reporting, so a report counts only learners still assigned.
- The My Team dashboard in WorkRamp shows completion rate, average grade, Event registrations, event attendance and team size for the manager's team.
- A second-level manager in WorkRamp sees a Team Roll Up and a Direct Report view, and managers in the same Group cannot see each other's dashboards.

Every tool here only reads, so it can run weekly from n8n, Make, Zapier or cron without waiting for your OK.

## Call list\_assignments from a script

curl

```
curl "https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/workramp/trainings/trn_7a21c4/assignments?group=Sales" \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $COTLET_API_KEY"
```

Example response

## Frequently asked questions

### Is it safe to connect WorkRamp to Cotlet?

Yes. You sign in to WorkRamp yourself, in your own Cloud Browser in the EU, and we never save your password. Your agents only get WorkRamp once you enable it, every background request is listed, and the browser profile is stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM, the cipher 1Password uses for its vaults. The AI model never sees a login, posts and messages wait for your OK, and Disable for agents cuts access in one click. Independent scanners grade cotlet.dev A+ on Qualys SSL Labs, securityheaders.com and Mozilla Observatory; live results are on https://cotlet.dev/security.

## For AI agents: sign your user up

Is your user asking you to sign them up for Cotlet? You can do it for them, no account or key needed.

1. Read the fields and their allowed values: GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/access-requests
2. Ask the user for each value: email, apps, what you will do with them. If they leave the password to you, generate a strong one and show it to them.
3. Show the user what you will send, then POST it as JSON to https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/access-requests.

One call creates the account and sends the access request; we email the user when access is granted.
