Systeme.io automation
Update text across Systeme.io funnel pages with AI
A promotion ends or a date moves, and the old text sits on the sales page, the order form and the thank-you page of the same funnel. You open the page editor of each step and hunt for it.
Cotlet does it in your own Systeme.io account with list_funnel_steps, get_page_content, update_page_text and duplicate_funnel_step, called by your AI agent, an n8n workflow or a script.

Official options
Can Systeme.io do this on its own?
Systeme.io's public API saves a page's content as a whole, and its MCP server can only regenerate the full content of a webinar page; the MCP help says editing funnel steps and small targeted edits are not supported (checked 12 Oct 2026). The A/B test tab compares two pages that already exist but does not write either one.
By hand
How you do it in Systeme.io today
- Go to Sales funnels, select the funnel, pick the step and click Edit page to open the Systeme.io page editor.
- In the Systeme.io page editor, hover the text until the orange frame appears and click the settings icon in the orange tab to change it.
- Repeat on every step that shows the same date or price; a countdown is a separate Countdown element whose expiration date sits in its own settings.
- To test another headline, click the three dots on the step, choose Duplicate, rename the URL Path of the "(copy)" and edit it, then pick it in the A/B test tab under Choose a variant.
- One missed step keeps the old price or date live, and nobody notices until a buyer quotes it back.

How to update text across Systeme.io funnel pages with AI
Prompt
Our launch offer now ends Sunday 19 Oct instead of Friday 17 Oct. Change it on every page of my Course launch funnel and show me each change first. - 01
Map the funnel first
list_funnel_steps gives every step of the funnel you name. If two funnels share a similar name, the agent asks which one rather than editing both.
- 02
Find every place the old text lives
The agent reads each step with get_page_content and searches for the old wording, such as "Friday 17 Oct" or "$97". Before touching anything it lists every match per step with the line around it.
- 03
Show before and after, then save
Each change goes out as one update_page_text call per step after your OK. Matches inside images or countdown settings are not text, so the agent lists them for you to fix by hand.
- 04
Make a variant when asked
For a B version the agent duplicates the step with a lowercase path, because Systeme.io rejects uppercase letters in URL paths, and edits only the copy. Starting the A/B test stays a click in the A/B test tab.
- 05
Read it back
After saving, the agent reads each edited step again and confirms the new wording is there and the old one is gone.
What you get back
Example data
Course launch funnel, 3 steps checked.
Sales page: headline "Launch offer ends Friday 17 Oct" changed to "Launch offer ends Sunday 19 Oct" after your OK.
Order form: paragraph "$97 until Friday 17 Oct" changed to "$97 until Sunday 19 Oct".
Thank you: no match.
Not changed: the countdown on the Sales page (date in the Countdown settings, fix by hand). Other ways to ask
- Replace "$97" with "$127" on the sales page and order form of my Course launch funnel.
- Duplicate my sales page as sales-b and change only its headline to "Build your first course in 30 days".
- Find every step in all funnels that still says "Black Friday" and list them without changing anything.
Before you automate it
What Systeme.io allows, and what to know first
- Systeme.io URL paths cannot contain uppercase letters, and a changed path or page name saves automatically.
- Systeme.io pages in a running A/B test can be duplicated but cannot be deleted or moved to another funnel.
- After a Systeme.io "Fixed time and date" countdown expires, visitors land on an inactive funnel page unless you set a redirect page.
update_page_text asks for your OK by default. To run it on a schedule without you, switch confirmation off for that tool in your dashboard.

Frequently asked questions
Does it move countdown timers too?
No. A Systeme.io countdown is an element whose date lives in its own settings, not in its text, so update_page_text cannot change it. The agent lists countdowns on the steps it edits so you can update them in the editor.
