Subprocessors
The providers that process personal data so Cotlet can run.
1. Current subprocessors
- Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany: hosting of the console, the API, the database and the session vault, in a data centre in Finland (EU).
- Cloudflare, Inc., United States: DNS, content delivery, protection against attacks and hosting of cotlet.dev. Global network; transfers under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Google Ireland Limited, Ireland: website analytics (Google Analytics, loaded by Google Tag Manager) on our public pages, only for visitors who accept analytics cookies. Google may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Ireland: payment processing and billing. Stripe may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Email delivery: we will name our transactional email provider here before it processes any personal data.
2. Other parties you choose
- Google: if you choose to sign in with Google, Google acts as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
- Connected Apps: the apps you connect receive the actions you instruct, under your agreement with them.
- Your AI agent and its provider: what you send to your agent is governed by your agreement with that provider, not by us.
3. Changes to this list
- We update this page at least 14 days before a new subprocessor starts processing personal data. Business customers covered by our data processing addendum may object during that time.
- Write to contact@cotlet.dev to be emailed about changes to this list.
