Cookie policy

The cookies the site and console need, and analytics only if you accept. No ads.

1. In short

  • Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Most of ours are strictly necessary for a service you ask for. Analytics cookies are set only after you click Accept in the cookie banner on our site.
  • We do not use advertising or social media cookies. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

2. Necessary cookies

  • cotlet_session, on cotlet.dev: keeps you signed in to the console (cotlet.dev/app). First party, 30 days, deleted when you sign out.
  • cotlet_oauth_state, on cotlet.dev: protects sign-in with Google against forged requests. First party, 10 minutes.
  • cotlet_app, on cotlet.dev: remembers the last integration page you opened, so the sign-up you start has that app selected. First party, 30 days. It contains only the app's name.
  • __cf_bm and cf_clearance, set by Cloudflare, our CDN: tell people from bots and remember that you passed a security check, to protect the Service against attacks. Usually 30 minutes.
  • cotlet_consent, in your browser's local storage on cotlet.dev (not a cookie): remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics, so we do not ask on every page. First party, 12 months.

3. Analytics cookies, only with your consent

  • _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, set by Google Analytics on cotlet.dev: count visits and show which pages are used, with a random identifier. First party, up to 2 years.
  • Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics only after you click Accept. Before that, and if you click Reject, no Google script runs on our pages. Rejecting later stops analytics and deletes these cookies.
  • Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited, which may process data in the United States. It is listed on our subprocessors page. The console (cotlet.dev/app) uses no analytics.

4. Payment pages

  • When you pay, Stripe's checkout page sets its own cookies to prevent fraud. They are governed by Stripe's cookie policy.

5. How to control cookies

  • You can see and delete cookies in your browser settings, and block them for our domains. If you block the necessary cookies, signing in to the console will not work.

6. Contact

  • Take Group sp. z o.o., ul. Wincentego Janasa 4, 40-855 Katowice, Poland.
  • Write to contact@cotlet.dev with any question about cookies. We answer in English or Polish.
