Chase Evite guests who have not RSVPed

1. Open My Invitations from the menu under your initials, find the event and click Manage Event to see who is still in the no response group.
2. Under Guest Options on the right side of Manage Event, click Send Message, choose the "still no response" group, type the nudge and select Send.
3. For one guest who needs a personal line, open View Guest List, click the arrow by the name and then the message icon below it.
4. For extra automatic nudges, click Reminders in Manage Event, pick up to 5 dates and times and select Save. Evite writes the reminder text itself.
5. Repeat the round before every deadline. Guests marked Undelivered in red at the top of the Evite list never got the invitation, so another nudge by the same route does not reach them, and they are easy to overlook in a long list.

Message everyone who hasn't RSVPed to the BBQ: we need a head count by Friday. Skip anyone whose invite bounced and tell me who they are.

   Count the silent guests first

   The agent finds the event by name with list_events and reads the no_reply group from list_guests. Before writing anything it tells you how many are still open and how close the event or your stated deadline is, so a nudge to three people does not go out as if it were thirty.

   Hold back the bounced invites

   Guests whose delivery shows undelivered are kept out of the message, because they never saw the invitation. They come back to you as a separate list to fix: a corrected email, a phone number, or the shareable link sent by you.

   Stop when nudging makes no sense

   get_event shows the RSVP limit. When the yes count has already reached it, the agent does not chase anyone and tells you responses are closed. When the event starts within a day, it asks before writing, since a late nudge can read as pressure.

   Send one message to the no_reply group

   message_guests goes to the no_reply group with your deadline in the text, after your OK. Guests who replied since the last run drop out of the group on their own, so a weekly run never nags someone who already answered.

   Change reminders only when asked

   set_reminders replaces every reminder on the event, Evite's automatic one included. The agent passes the full list you want, rejects times closer than 30 minutes to now or to the start, and says so instead of dropping a time silently.

Next run Monday: only guests still without an answer will get a second note.

• Evite skips its automatic reminder entirely when the invitation is created within 7 days of the event; the host has to set one under Reminders.
• Evite sends reminders to Yes and Maybe guests by email and to Not Replied guests by email or SMS, depending on how each was invited; Not Attending guests get none.
• An RSVP deadline in Evite is a Premium feature: switching RSVP Deadline on for a free design upgrades the invitation to Premium.
• Evite guests can turn off activity notifications for an event, but not reminders or host messages, so a Send Message nudge still reaches a guest who muted the event.
• Evite sends each Send Message copy to guests individually under the host's name, with no cap on how many messages a host sends.

message_guests and set_reminders ask for your OK by default. To run it weekly without you, switch confirmation off for those tools in your dashboard.
