Plan weekend viewings of your saved Hemnet homes

1. Open the Hemnet app, go to Mitt Hemnet and open your saved homes, or the collection (samling) you keep for this move.
2. Tap each saved home and scroll to Visningstider, where the Hemnet listing shows every viewing slot with its own Till anmälan och mer info link.
3. Check each Hemnet listing for the Budgivning pågår label, because a home already in bidding may not be worth a Saturday slot.
4. Sign up for each viewing through its link, one listing at a time, and copy the times into a calendar or a note.
5. Do it again on Friday, when brokers add or move slots. Hemnet reminders arrive one home at a time, so two viewings at overlapping times only show up as a clash once you write them side by side.

Which of my saved Hemnet homes in the "Flytt 2027" collection have a viewing this Saturday or Sunday? Put them in time order, flag any that overlap, and leave out homes where bidding has started.

   Start from homes that are still open

   The agent reads your saved homes with list_saved_homes, limited to one collection when you name it. Sold homes are dropped at once. Homes where bidding has started are set aside and named in the report, but they get no slot in the plan unless you ask for them.

   Keep only the window you asked for

   list_upcoming_viewings runs with until set to the Sunday you mean. Slots before the window you named, such as a Thursday evening viewing when you asked about the weekend, are left out instead of silently added.

   Recheck each home on the day

   Brokers change viewing times and bidding can start between Thursday and Saturday. For every home with a slot, the agent opens the listing with get_listing and confirms the slot is still there and bidding has not begun. A slot that vanished is reported as cancelled, not kept from the earlier read.

   Flag clashes, let you choose

   The slots are sorted by start time. Two viewings that overlap, or that start closer together than the travel gap you set, are marked as a clash with both addresses and prices. The agent does not pick one for you, because only you know which home matters more.

   Leave sign-up to you

   Cotlet has no tool that registers you for a viewing. The report ends with the listing link for each planned slot, so you can sign up through Till anmälan och mer info yourself.
