Request Immobiliare.it visits for your saved listings

1. Open your private area on Immobiliare.it, where every listing saved with the heart icon is kept; a saved listing that has changed color has been removed from the portal.
2. Open each listing that is still live and click Request Visit at the top right of the page, or the Visit button below the ad in the results list.
3. Choose in person or remotely (a video call with the agent), select the days and time slots you are free, click Continue, add name, email and an optional phone, then Send Request.
4. Immobiliare.it emails a confirmation and puts the request in Messages; the advertiser still has to contact you to fix the time.
5. With twenty saved flats the form is filled twenty times, and nothing warns you that you already asked about one of them last week.

Go through the flats I saved on Immobiliare.it, skip removed ones and anything over 300,000 EUR, and request an in-person visit next Saturday or Sunday morning for the rest I have not contacted yet.

   Start from the saved list

   The agent reads your saved listings and drops those flagged as removed. Your own notes count: a note like "no lift" or "skip" keeps that flat out of the batch.

   Check the current ad, not the saved one

   get_listing gives the price shown today, which may differ from the day you saved it. Flats now over your cap, or with a different contract than you asked for, are left out and named in the report.

   Skip flats already in progress

   list_conversations shows every advertiser you wrote to. If a thread about that listing already exists, with or without a visit request, the agent does not send a second one and reports where that thread stands.

   Hold back listings that look like scams

   A price far under the others in the same area, or a description saying the owner lives abroad and cannot show the flat, puts the listing on a separate list for you to judge instead of getting a request.

   Send each request after your OK

   request_visit goes out with the mode, days and time slots you gave, using the slots the form offers. Every request reaches a real advertiser, so you see the batch first and can drop any of them.

Held back: Via Roma 12, 140,000 EUR for 95 m2, the ad says the owner is abroad and only ships keys.
Requested after your OK: 7 in-person visits, Sat 18 or Sun 19 Oct, 09:00-12:00.

• Saving a listing on Immobiliare.it needs a registered account; the heart icon on each ad in the results puts it in your private area.
• A saved Immobiliare.it listing that changes color has been removed and is no longer available.
• Adding a note to an Immobiliare.it listing saves it to your favorites automatically, and the note is visible only to you.
• Immobiliare.it calls a visit request an indication of preferences, not a reservation: the advertiser contacts you to confirm the appointment.
• Immobiliare.it lists the signs of a scam listing: a price well below market value, an advertiser who says they are abroad or cannot meet, and requests for a deposit by prepaid card or money transfer.

request_visit asks for your OK by default. To run it weekly without you, switch confirmation off for that tool in your dashboard.
