The airline moves your flight by a day and three Klook bookings sit on the dates around it: a day tour, a theme park ticket and an airport transfer, each with its own policy.

Can Klook do this on its own?

Klook has no API to amend a traveler booking (checked 12 Oct 2026). The website and app offer Amend booking one booking at a time, and nothing in Klook moves a group of bookings when your travel dates change.

How you do it in Klook today

  1. Click your profile picture, open Bookings and select the first booking on the affected dates.
  2. Scroll to the Cancellation policy section of the booking. Amend booking appears only where Klook allows a change of the participation date or traveler details.
  3. Click Amend booking, pick the new date, submit, and wait for the booking change confirmation email with the updated voucher.
  4. For a booking without Amend booking, read the policy: free cancellation means cancel and rebook the new date, otherwise contact Klook Customer Support with the flight notice.
  5. Repeat for every booking on the trip. The part that goes wrong is the mix: one booking moves, the next one is No cancellation, and the voucher you keep on your phone is the old one.

How to reschedule Klook bookings after a flight change

Prompt 

Our flight to Seoul moved a day later. Check every Klook booking between 20 and 24 Nov and move what Klook allows by one day; tell me what cannot be moved.

    Collect the bookings on the affected days

    The agent lists your upcoming bookings and keeps the ones whose participation date falls in the window you named, such as 20 to 24 Nov. It sorts them by date so a transfer on arrival day is handled before the tours that depend on it.

    Sort them into three groups

    For each booking the agent reads whether Amend booking is offered. Bookings that allow it go to the move list. Bookings with free cancellation but no amend option go to a cancel and rebook list. Bookings with No cancellation or Conditional cancellation, and vouchers whose codes do not begin with KLK, go to a support list.

  3. 03

    Find the new date before asking for it

    For every booking on the move list, the agent checks the same package on the target date. If the slot you had is full, it proposes the nearest open slot that day and does not shift the booking to a different day without asking.

  4. 04

    Move after your OK, one booking at a time

    The agent shows the old and new date for each move and amends only the bookings you approve. A failed amend stops that booking and leaves the others untouched, so one rejection never cancels a working plan.

  5. 05

    Hand over what Klook will not move

    For the support list, the agent drafts the message Klook asks for: your full name on the booking, the Booking Reference ID, the activity name and the airline notice as a supporting document. Open Date Tickets are flagged as needing no change if the new date is inside the voucher validity.

Before you automate it

What Klook allows, and what to know first

  • Klook offers Amend booking only on some bookings, and the Amend booking form covers the participation date and the traveler's information.
  • Klook blocks Amend booking for activities with a No cancellation or Conditional cancellation policy and for vouchers whose codes do not begin with KLK.
  • After an amendment Klook sends a new voucher, and the previous voucher can no longer be used at the activity.
  • Klook Open Date Tickets can be used on another date within the voucher validity period, so they need no amendment; a missed Fixed Date Ticket without notice gets no refund.
  • For a booking missed because of a delayed or cancelled flight that is not eligible for free cancellation, Klook asks for your full name, the Booking Reference ID, the activity name and the flight notice.

amend_booking asks for your OK by default. To run it on a schedule without you, switch confirmation off for that tool in your dashboard.
