Share Krisp meeting notes with attendees after each call

A client call ends, Krisp writes the notes, and then someone has to open the meeting, click Share and type the same three email addresses again.

Cotlet does it in your own Krisp account with list_meetings, get_meeting, get_meeting_sharing and share_meeting, called by your AI agent, an n8n workflow or a script.

Hosted · nothing to install or maintain

Can Krisp do this on its own?

Krisp Auto-Share sends transcripts, notes and recordings to calendar invitees by one setting for every meeting (checked 22 Oct 2026). The official MCP and the Webhook API cannot share a meeting or change who has access: the MCP tags meetings, completes action items, renames speakers and imports recordings, and the webhook sends outputs to your own URL. Nothing shares a meeting to people chosen by the meeting itself.

How you do it in Krisp today

  1. Open My Notes in the Krisp account dashboard and select the meeting.
  2. Click Share in the upper right corner, then invite people by email or pick one general access option: Invite only, Everyone at your work domain with a link, Everyone in the team or Anyone with the link.
  3. Set the access level for everyone the option reaches: Can view, Can comment, Can edit or Can view AI Notes.
  4. For a calendar-based default, open Settings > AI Note Taker > Sharing and choose All meeting invitees, Everyone at your work domain, Only Team invitees or Manually send recap.
  5. Calls where the calendar match failed, and people who were not on the invite, still need a manual Share, one meeting at a time.

How to share Krisp meeting notes with attendees after each call

Prompt

Look at yesterday's Krisp meetings. For client calls, check who the meeting is already shared with and share it by email with the attendees I name, with Can view access. Leave internal calls alone.
  1. 01

    Find yesterday's meetings

list_meetings runs with from and to set to the day, in the order My Notes shows them. The agent follows next_cursor until it comes back empty, so a day with many calls is judged as one batch.

  2. 02

    Decide who gets it

get_meeting reads the title, participants and summary. The rule in your prompt decides: for example, a title that contains a client name goes to the contacts you listed for that client. A meeting that matches no rule is left out and listed for you.

  3. 03

    Check what is already shared

get_meeting_sharing returns the general access option and the invited emails. The agent skips an address that already has access, and skips a meeting that is already open to Anyone with the link, so nobody gets a second email.

  4. 04

Share with the access you named

share_meeting invites the emails with the level from your prompt, Can view by default. Sharing gives access to the transcript, notes and recording, so each call waits for your OK until you switch confirmation off for share_meeting.

  5. 05

    Report what went out

The agent lists each meeting with the people it was shared with, and the meetings it left for you with the reason.

What you get back

Example data

Meetings yesterday: 7
Shared 3 (Acme weekly sync with 2 attendees, Lumen onboarding with 3, Pixel QBR with 1)
Already shared 1: Lumen kickoff
Internal, left alone 2
No rule matched 1: "Intro call, Jordan"

Other ways to ask

  • Every Friday, share all of this week's calls tagged Client with the account manager, Can comment.
  • Share this meeting with the whole team and tell me the link.
  • List the meetings from this month that are open to Anyone with the link, but change nothing.

What Krisp allows, and what to know first

  • Krisp gives each meeting one general access option at a time, and people invited by email keep their access whichever option is chosen.
  • Invite only sends each recipient an email with a link. Everyone at your work domain with a link sends no email and the meeting does not appear in the recipient's Shared with me.
  • The work domain is taken from the team Admin's email address, so a team created with a personal or educational address has no work domain option.
  • Krisp Auto-Share needs Krisp 2.48.6 or higher and a connected calendar, and Krisp does not send the recap email again for a meeting that is already shared.
  • Invitees who are not Krisp members get the shared content after they create an account with the email address used in the invite.

share_meeting asks for your OK by default. To run it daily without you, switch confirmation off for that tool in your dashboard.

Frequently asked questions

Is it safe to connect Krisp to Cotlet?

Yes. You sign in to Krisp yourself, in your own Cloud Browser in the EU, and we never save your password. Your agents only get Krisp once you enable it, every background request is listed, and the browser profile is stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM, the cipher 1Password uses for its vaults. The AI model never sees a login, posts and messages wait for your OK, and Disable for agents cuts access in one click. Independent scanners grade cotlet.dev A+ on Qualys SSL Labs, securityheaders.com and Mozilla Observatory; live results are on https://cotlet.dev/security.
